What payment methods are supported?

We support various payment methods including credit/debit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and more. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

How does the registration process work?

Simply fill in your company details and payment information. After submitting the form, your account will be created immediately and you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Setup time is about 2 minutes!

FAQs

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan from your dashboard at any time based on your needs. So if you are unsure how many you need, just order those you are sure of now and upgrade later. If you need 5 and you buy 6 – then you pay for 6 in the first month until you downgrade it to 5.

How often is my card charged? What does it cost?

Currently, all subscriptions are monthly. We are working on more options.
All transactions are processed in Euros.

Any amounts are monthly and exclusive of VAT.

Our pricing model is simple. We do one thing, so we have one price. €5 per employee or user, per month. No add ons. No extra fees. We like to play fair.

Where is my data?

As this is software aimed at EU based companies, we have decided that all data is hosted under secure conditions in a EU Datacenter based in Frankfurt, Germany.
